I'm taking part in Croí Night Run 2023.

I don’t think it will come as any surprise that I want to support Croí in any way I can given the huge support they have been to me.  On the 3rd of May this year I unexpectedly had open heart surgery to repair my mitral valve in UHG. I was always aware of Croí but I have seen first hand the support they offer since my heart journey started . 

I've chosen to fundraise for Croi. All funds raised here will go directly to support those living with heart disease & stroke, they provide counselling, classes, accommodation, and support for all users .
