The Hike Your Way is taking place on September 30th in Glendalough. 

I have been unwell lately and unfortunately won’t be participating in the hike however, I will do a walk and a breath work class online Wednesday 27th September with Yoga Mara. The class is free is anyone would like to join! 

I have chosen to fundraise for Asthma Society of Ireland as I am an active advocate for Asthma Society of Ireland. I have severe brittle asthma that impacts me daily. The Asthma Society of Ireland is a fantastic resource and all funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
