Snamhais Sasta is back this year with 63 swims from the 1st of December to the 21st of December . We are excited to announce that this year we are aiming to raise €200,000 to establish a Mid West Simon Community Social Grocery in Clare. Last year, we managed to raise €105,000 for the Mid West Simon Community and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to support them once more.

To achieve our goal, we are looking for corporate sponsors for each of the three swims per day. We are asking for €500 per swim and hope to have at least one sponsor for each swim. We would also love for these organizations to encourage their employees to fundraise and match their donations within their organization. We believe that this could help us reach our target and make a meaningful difference in the community.

In addition to the regular swims, we have some special celebrity swims lined up for Sundays Dec 3rd, 10th, and 17th . We would be delighted if you could join us on these days or a dip in the ocean and help us raise funds for the Mid West Simon Community Social Grocery Clare. Each of the celebrity Sundays can be €1,500 per swim.

Additionally, there will be a Feastive Afternoon Tea Banquet at the Armada Hotel on Sunday December 10th, as part of our efforts to raise €200,000 for Mid West Simon Community.

We are proud to support Mid West Simon Community as they are currently working on establishing the first Social Grocery in Ireland in Limerick . Now, they are striving to establish a second Social Grocery in Clare. The aim of a social grocery is to provide access to a wider variety of food for people in low-income households who are experiencing food poverty. By supporting Snamhais Sasta, you will be making a significant contribution to this cause and helping us make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
