Dear Friends,
We hope this message finds you well. As many of you know, we lost our dear friend and colleague Adrian earlier this year, which was heart-breaking for all who know him.
In honour of Adrian, we have decided to run a marathon. It's an endeavour that only goes a little way to celebrate Adrian’s life, and it's a way for us to pay tribute to his memory.
We have chosen to participate in the Dublin City Marathon on 29th Oct 2023, and we are reaching out to you all for your support, whether it be through words of encouragement or (preferable) contributing to the fundraiser. All funds raised through this marathon will be donated to The Irish Cancer Society and Waterford Hospice where Adrian was cared for in his final weeks.
Adrian is in our thoughts every day and will be with us every step of the way, pushing us forward and inspiring us to keep going, no matter how tough it gets. This marathon is not just a physical challenge; it's a tribute to a life well-lived and a reminder of the impact Adrian had on all of us.
If you'd like to offer your support, you can come out and support us on the day or contribute using the following link. Any support, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated.
Let's come together to celebrate the memory of our dear friend and colleague Adrian by celebrating his strength, resilience, and love for life. Together, we can make a difference in raising funds for a very worthy cause while remembering Adrian’s life.
Thank you for being a part of this journey, and for keeping Adrian's memory close to our hearts.
With love and gratitude,
John and Gar
