I'm taking part in St. Francis Hospice 5K Spring Memorial Walk 2024. I have challenged myself to walk 5km everyday for the month of March. 

I've chosen to fundraise for St. Francis Hospice as they were fantastic with my Nanny’s comfort care in her final weeks and unbelievable helpful to my family during this difficult time. Words cannot describe what it is like to lose a loved one especially when living away from home. I live abroad and each time saying goodbye to family was sad but it was heartbreaking to say goodbye to my nanny, always thinking it would be the last time. The relief it brought me every time I called my mam to see how my nanny was and how she would tell me how wonderful St.Francis Hospice are to her and the rest of the family. I was unaware there is no charge for this service to the patients and family’s , I would like to raise much needed fund for St.Francis Hospice.
