Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page on iDonate.ie We have decided to take part in the VHI mini marathon to raise much-needed funds for Oscars Kids Ireland.
This charity was created in honour of their beautiful son Oscar who sadly passed away in 2019 due to terminal brain cancer. Oscar's legacy now provides great support to all children and their families who have been affected by childhood cancer.
We hold a very special place in our hearts for childhood cancer charities. Our beautiful and precious girl Kerri was an absolute bundle of pure happiness, love, and kindness but was heartbreakingly robbed from all who adored her in 2019 after a long courageous battle against cancer.
Childhood cancer is not rare, it knows no boundaries and when it arrives on your doorstep it alters your life in the worst ways possible. No child should ever have to endure the intensity of treatment and the gut-wrenching unknown that comes with a cancer diagnosis. Any donation is so greatly appreciated and so well deserved for such an amazing cause💗

About the Cause
Oscar's Kids Ireland
Oscar's Kids is a paediatric cancer charity that works directly with children and their families to support them as they navigate a journey with cancer. We do this through the gifting of tailored treats and experiences to positively impact what can be an immensely difficult and prolonged timeframe with the illness, alongside emotional support and the building of a community of similar families and peers who support each other throughout their individual journeys.
