I'm taking part in the AMYA 5k Charity Walk & Cycle 2024. Besides taking part in the 5k walk on Salthill Prom, I will be undertaking the mammoth task of cycling 550km from Dublin to Alton UK to help promote world peace and bring much needed aid to the people of Gaza!  

I've chosen to fundraise for Irish Red Cross - GAZA APPEAL . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
