HUGG provide Hope and healing for anyone bereaved by suicide. The support groups are invaluable to people helping their journey of loss to hope.

HUGG is a national suicide bereavement charity. We support adults who have been bereaved by suicide by reducing isolation and stigma and promoting resilience and healing. We work to achieve this through our HUGG peer support groups led by trained volunteers who all have a lived experience of suicide; by the provisions of telephone support, and by developing the HUGG.ie website as a reservoir of information on suicide bereavement.
