On 7th April at 4pm (please note change of date from 6th April) GAA teams from Whitegate, Clare, University of Limerick and Scariff Community College will gather in Whitegate to play some hurling and fundraise for Limerick Suicide Watch in memory of Michael Hynes. Michael was highly valued member of all four teams and is sorely missed by all who knew him.
Everyone is welcome! The matches kick off at 4pm and refreshments will be served afterwards in the clubhouse.
All funds raised here and on the day will go directly to Limerick Suicide Watch. If you would like to donate you can do so on the day, or through this site. Simply click the Donate button above. All donations are processed securely and will go directly to the charity.
Limerick Suicide Watch is a volunteer group who keeps eyes on the river at night in the city of Limerick to identify and provide support to those in distress and who may be contemplating suicide. They also visit schools, colleges and local communities to promote positive mental health and encourage conversation around mental health and suicide.
