Hi we’re Zoe and Leah and we’ve decided to set ourselves the challenge of running 5k everyday from the 10th of June to 10th of July.
On the 2nd of July 2023 Zoe and her families lives were shattered with the devastating news that her older sister Kirsty had suddenly passed away through the act of domestic violence. This is news no family or friend ever wants to receive. With that being said 1 in 5 women are subject to some form of abuse in relationships.
All donations raised will go directly to women’s aid Ireland a frontline organisation seeking to improve the lives of women and girls free from violence and advocating for women and children who cannot be seen or heard.
All donations big or small would be greatly appreciated in recognition for all the amazing work women’s aid Ireland do.
We will also be documenting our journey on our social media to further spread awareness for the cause !!
