On Satruday May 25th I will be taking on one of the toughest challenges the human body can do. I have 24 hours to complete as many rounds as possible. 

5k Run

50 Strict Pull-ups

100m Sandbag walk 40kg

10k Cycle

50 Push-ups

50 Calories on a Rower or Ski Erg

The goal is to complete 10 plus rounds.
