In 2018 my friends Grace and Gar's 2 month old son, Rian, was diagnosed with a rare syndrome know as 22Q11 (DiGeorge Syndrome). In 2019, Grace's sister's son, Jimmie, aged 3 was diagnosed with cancer. 

Both 22Q11 Ireland and The Gavin Glynn Foundation have been such a tremendous support to both of their families.  

I'm taking part in Smithfied Chimney Charity Challenge. 
I've chosen to fundraise for The Gavin Glynn Foundation and 22Q11 Ireland . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
