On Sunday the 22nd of April, a charity event will take place beginning at Howth Summit car park and finishing back in Howth later that evening.
Participants will cycle some 40km to Bray, climbing Bray Head as a midway point. They will then return to their bikes and cycle back to howth summit for a total 80km round trip.
This event is in aid of two wonderful causes. Temple Street Foundation and St. Francis Hospice, in both Raheny and Blanchardstown, with proceeds being split equally between them.
Temple Street Foundation exists to support the vital, life-saving work that happens in Temple Street - every minute of every day. With our help, they can continue to transform the lives of Ireland’s sickest children.
St. Francis Hospice provides a specialist palliative care service for the people of North Dublin city and county including community palliative care, inpatient units and berevement care.
Summit to Summit chairty cycle is being organised by Brian Fenton and his family, in memory of their mother Marian who passed away in 2013.
