This piece was recently performed by the Irish Chamber Orchestra in the University Concert Hall in Limerick and in the National Concert Hall, Dublin.
Oonagh Keogh, who is a member of the Irish Chamber Orchestra and the director of Ceol na Mara, really loved the piece when she played it, felt it would suit her youth orchestra and came up with the idea of the orchestra videoing a performance of it to raise funds to help Ukraine.
So on Sunday March 20th, the orchestra met and on one rehearsal, recorded the piece.
It was a challenge to get it together at such short notice but Oonagh knew these these young musicians would give it their very best effort and the result is a spike tingling rendition of this emotional yet inspirational piece
We are fundraising to contribute to the wonderful work of the Redemptorists in Ukraine. We will be transferring all funds to the Redemptorists based in Limerick to help in their work..

About the Cause
Redemptorists Fathers Limerick
The Redemptorists are a religious congregation of brothers, most of whom
are priests. We live in community and are passionate about preaching
the Gospel, especially to those who feel abandoned and live on the edges
of church and society. A growing network of co-workers and associates
is evidence of our conviction about the importance of partnership in
mission and of our commitment to enable all the baptized to take their
rightful place in the life and ministry of the church.
