Hi All. I'm doing a sponsored silence for IMNDA and need your help to give them as many resources as possible. They do fantastic work, but there is a never-ending struggle for people coping with this disease and their surrounding family and friends. A major symptom being, not being able to speak. Imagine not being able to tell your partner that you love them this Valentine's Day. Or any other day for that matter. So, on Feb 14th I will be taking a vow of Silence to support the cause.

I'm hoping that on the day of my silence I will give strength to someone out there to end theirs.

Approximately 1 in 10 people, that’s 450,000 people in Ireland, experience dep
