I decided to join this frontline hero challenge and put my daily exercise to good use. I have chosen St.James' hospital to receive any money donated to support my goal. I have chosen this hospital for personal reasons, 17years ago the staff of St.James' hospital gave my father the best care he received throughout his stay in 2 hospitals, the staff showed so much empathy and compassion to my father and were a wonderful source of support to our family. As April 17th would mark my father's 80th birthday and April 21st the 17th anniversary of his passing, I felt this is the perfect time to give a little back.
