After a brief break from training for personal reasons and a quick holiday, I'm back on track once again. In the past few weeks I've completed various training swims from 5k up to 8k, culminating in a 9k swim on July 7th. Each swim presented with different challenges, be they physical or mental, or even just the conditions changing from day to day (or even during a swim!) but I feel I am physically and mentally prepared for my challenge on July 20th. Thank you for all your support!
