Grow provides peer support for every day living. 

Since coming to Ireland in 1969, GROW has established:

• 130 support groups operating in communities throughout Ireland.  The groups meet on a weekly basis, are open to anyone over 18 years and are free of charge.
• Young Adult groups.
• Community Educational Programmes.
• Workplace Programmes.
• Leadership Programmes.
• Information Line.
• Respite Weekends.
