We are thrilled to celebrate another phenomenal year of the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle, which took place on Saturday, July 5th, 2025. As the official fundraising partner, iDonate.ie is incredibly proud to have supported thousands of amazing cyclists, charities, and supporters in what has become one of Ireland’s most beloved charity events. This year’s event was nothing short of extraordinary and the results speak for themselves.
🌟 €420,000 (and counting) Raised Through iDonate.ie!
Thanks to the incredible efforts of ROKCC fundraisers and supporters, an amazing €420,000 (and counting) has already been raised via iDonate.ie for a wide range of charities across Ireland. Every euro goes directly toward supporting vital services and community initiatives, and we couldn’t be more inspired by the dedication shown by all involved. Continuing a legacy of generosity that has now raised over €20 million since the Cycle’s inception in 1982.
🚴♂️ 4,000 Cyclists – A Massive Turnout
This year, 4,000 cyclists took on the legendary 170km route around the Ring of Kerry, soaking up the breathtaking scenery while pushing themselves physically and mentally for causes close to their hearts. This year’s ride once again confirmed the Cycle’s status as Ireland’s largest one-day charity cycling event. The event drew people of all ages and abilities, with solo riders, teams, friends, and families all uniting behind a common purpose: to raise funds and make a difference.

- Towns like Cahersiveen, Kenmare, and Killarney were alive with energy, music, and cheers as locals turned out in force to support the cyclists.
- Tributes and celebrations throughout the day paid homage to long-standing contributors and community heroes, underscoring the event’s deep personal and local roots.
📅What’s Next?
The fundraising campaign continues until October, when final totals will be presented to the charities. And of course, we’re already looking ahead to 2026, where we aim to help the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle grow even more and support even more causes. If this year is anything to go by, the sky’s the limit.
